Kitchen Island Installation in Miami, FL

I have been the President and CEO of several national real estate companies and have built hotels, condominiums and apartment buildings. Three years ago, my apartment in a large Miami Beach condominium building was completely destroyed when a high pressure water pipe was severed above it. Given the situation, I was forced to completely rebuild my condo. I hired Kitchen and Decor Center to be responsible for the design, permitting and construction —including the latest in design advances, materials and electronics. They proved to be a great choice in every regard. They are small firm, but full service. They gave my project the close attention it required, and at a cost savings. Would like to take a moment to review Kitchen and Decor Center for the outstanding work that they did in our kitchen. From the moment that we decided to take our old cabinets down to the installation, every single aspect was handled professionally and efficiently. At first, we were scared that the kitchen would take a long time to be installed, but we were so pleasantly surprised when we were done with everything in four weeks. The quality of the work, the expertise of the people involved, process was seamless and enjoyable. My kitchen looks beautiful. It is a complete transformation. We are very grateful to Monica, Roberto and Myrna, and the Kitchen decor team for all of their work and their kindness. We highly recommend them.

We are relatively new to Miami and I have really struggled to find reliable contractors here. I have to say - the work that Roberto and Monica did (they’ve by now remodeled 3 of our bathrooms) has been extremely professional, efficient, and high quality. I can’t say enough positive things about them. The latest project they did for me, my daughter’s bathroom (pictures attached) - Monica helped me to efficiently pick materials and Roberto did the work perfectly and quickly. Highly and genuinely recommend all around!

I do not normally write reviews, except that our extremely positive experience working with the team at Kitchen and Décor should be shared with other homeowners looking for a reputable company to renovate their homes. When we set out to find a company to update our entire home, it was a daunting task since we had only heard horror stories from our friends & family of unreliability and poor craftsmanship. I researched and contacted several different companies, some were responsive, some scheduled estimates and never showed up, and then it came down to 3 companies that made it to doing a walk-through and providing an estimate. We ended up choosing Kitchen & Décor, based on their experience and knowledge, and the very detailed estimate that made us feel more comfortable that there may be fewer surprises with additional costs along the way. It also was a bonus to have Monica to work with on the kitchen design as she provided valuable insight regarding the functionality. Once the project began, we were amazed from the first day at the pace and consistency of the work being performed. The team showed up every day promptly at 8:30 am for weeks including some Saturdays. Since we were living in the home during this extensive project (replacing all lighting, floors, trim, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and glass enclosure for the office), it was especially appreciated that all of the team members working in our home, from the painters, tilers, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters, were very professional, kind, and great to work with. We interacted with Roberto so much it felt like he was an extension of our family 😊 We are very happy with the outcome and the quality of the work. Any concerns that we had along the way were quickly addressed. I can not say enough about how great it was to work with Monica, Roberto, Jasmin, Hugo, and the rest of the team. Living through a renovation is hard, but they truly made it the best possible experience. We will and have already highly recommended Kitchen and Decor to our family, friends, and co-workers.

My wife and I wanted to take the time to shout out this business. The owners Monica and Roberto have been amazing throughout the entire project. Monica worked closely with my wife to come up with a beautiful custom design for our vanities. Her husband Roberto worked closely with his team to execute the remodeling of our entire master bathroom. One of the things I appreciated the most was their ability to quickly adapt to any last-minute additions/changes which is the best part since we did not have to compromise our design and got exactly what we wanted. Due to his extensive experience Roberto was also very knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions on how to enhance the remodel. ie quieter exhaust fans & recess lighting to name a few. I got to know Roberto and his workers (Hugo & Hugo Jr) very well and they are very trustworthy and top notch. Roberto also partners with great tile and custom countertop folks as well. In other words, they can tackle anything you can think of including electrical & plumbing so there is no need to deal with several contractors at once. Another positive thing is that they are super responsive when you reach out to them. After a renovation vacation, I have another big project coming up and will be contacting them soon.
